Webinar and Live Event Terms & Conditions
By registering for or attending in any webinar or live educational event offered by Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not register for or attend the Event.
1. No Legal Advice & No Attorney-Client Relationship
Educational Content Only
Information shared during the Event—including presentations, handouts, slides, and Q&A— is provided for general educational purposes. It is not intended as legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.
Not a Substitute for Legal Advice
Event content may not reflect current law or apply to your specific circumstances. You should not make decisions or take action based solely on the information provided.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Registering for or attending an Event does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship with Legacy Sentry Law, P.C., the presenter, or any associated entity. A formal engagement agreement is required before any attorney-client relationship is established.

2. Registration & Access
Registration Requirements
To join an Event, you must register using accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
Access Credentials
You may receive a unique access link for the Event if attending a webinar. You agree not to share, distribute, or otherwise provide this link to anyone else.
Technology Responsibility
You are responsible for having a functioning internet connection and any necessary software or hardware (such as Zoom, Teams, or audio/video equipment). Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. is not responsible for technical issues on your end that may limit your ability to participate.
3. Recording & Participation
Event Recordings
Events may be recorded, including audio, video, chat submissions, Q&A interactions, and any content you choose to share.
Consent to Be Recorded
By attending or participating—including speaking, using video, or submitting written questions—you grant permission for Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. to record, store, and use these recordings.
Use of Recordings
Recordings may be used for future educational, promotional, or commercial purposes (including on-demand access or social media clips) without additional notice or compensation.
4. Intellectual Property
All Event materials—including slides, recordings, handouts, worksheets, and related content (“Materials”)—are owned exclusively by Legacy Sentry Law, P.C.
You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and use the Materials for your own educational purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or create derivative works from the Materials without prior written permission from Legacy Sentry Law, P.C.
5. Attendee Conduct
You agree to participate constructively and professionally during the Event.
Harassment, abusive language, disruptive behavior, spam, solicitation, or inappropriate conduct in the chat, Q&A, or during live participation is strictly prohibited.
Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. may remove any attendee from an Event at any time—without refund—if they violate these expectations.
6. Privacy & Communications
By registering, you consent to Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. collecting and using your personal information for:
- Registration confirmations, reminders, and Event follow-up
- Distribution of Event-related materials
- Future marketing communications, newsletters, and updates about services and upcoming events
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Events and all related Materials are provided
“as is” and
“as available.”
Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of the information
- Applicability of the information to your situation
- Availability or uninterrupted access to the Event
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential—arising from your participation in the Event or reliance on any information provided.
8. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Legacy Sentry Law, P.C. may modify, reschedule, or cancel an Event at any time for any reason. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered attendees via email in the event of changes.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending an Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
